Bottom Turn Drop Knee Heavy Tee

The heavy tee. 300 gsm, oversized, white, with the bottom turn drop knee on the back. The light one is regular fit and cream.

A surfer in a t-shirt and trunks at the bottom of the wave, back knee dropped low, both arms out, loading the rail to swing the longboard back up the face. It's one of four surf-pose drawings in this line, each one a different moment on a longboard, drawn in one thin black line.

On the front, only the gull, our name and a line of wave across the chest. Turn around and the full drawing is there, across the back. We print the fabric before it is cut and sewn.

The blank is white cotton and stays white. Only the line is printed.

HONESTLY
This tee is not organic. No certified organic blank can be printed before it is sewn. The cotton here is conventional, with 5% elastane, and there is no GOTS or OEKO-TEX behind it. We would rather say that plainly than hide it in a footnote. Two more things. The shirt is cut and sewn by hand after printing, so the exact spot where the drawing lands moves a little from shirt to shirt. And it is cotton, so it can shrink a touch and the line can soften a little over many washes. Wash it cold.

Nothing is printed until someone buys it. We only produce items we get an order for, avoiding textile waste from overproduction.

Cold wash, inside out, hang dry. Do not iron the print.
