This is the warmest of the three. The brushed interior traps more heat than a smooth finish, which is what you want in the fog. Same 280 gsm as the other two, so the difference is the pocket and the lining, not the thickness.

The recycled polyester is still plastic. It is in there for shape retention and we would rather name it than bury it. Your hoodie is made in whichever facility is closest to you, so the exact blend depends on where you are. Both versions are certified.
