About your order

When will I receive my order?
Each hoodie is made after you order it. Production takes 2 to 5 business days, then shipping on top. Most US orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days, though it can extend to 14. Email notifications will keep you updated on this process.

Why does it take longer than Amazon?
Because it does not exist yet when you order it. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting to be discounted or thrown out. That is the trade, and we think it is the right one.

How much is shipping?
Free in the US. Everywhere else is calculated at checkout based on where you are.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes.

Sizing and fit

How do they fit?
All three are a medium fit, so true to size. If you want the oversized look, or you plan to layer over something thick, size up one.

What sizes do you carry?
S to 2XL on the Side Pocket and the Mid-Weight. XS to 3XL on the Raglan. If you need something outside that, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we can do it.

Will it shrink?
Minimally. The fabric is pre-washed. Cold wash and hang dry and it will hold its size.

What is the difference between the three hoodies?
The print is the same. The body is the choice. The Side Pocket has two pockets at the hips instead of a front pouch and arrives softest. The Mid-Weight has the classic kangaroo pouch and a fleece-back interior, so it is the warmest. The Raglan goes from XS to 3XL and has no shoulder seam, so the shoulder moves more freely. All three are 280 gsm.

What if it does not fit?
Email us within 30 days and we will sort it out. Because every hoodie is made to order we handle sizing case by case, rather than running a blanket policy that pretends otherwise.

What if it arrives damaged or wrong?
That is on us. Send a photo and we will replace it. No return shipping needed.

The clothing

Are your products eco-friendly?
Every hoodie is built on a certified organic blank, made of organic sustainable cotton harvested without using any pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, and other harmful ingredients. Some include recycled polyester. They are certified to GOTS, OEKO-TEX STANDARD 100, Fair Wear Foundation and PETA-Approved Vegan. We have written up exactly what each of those covers, and where our claims stop.

Why only hoodies?
We used to make tees, tanks, caps and totes. In a cold water surf town the hoodie is the piece that matters, so now that is what we make. Longer answer here.

How should I wash it?
Cold, inside out, hang dry. Do not iron the print.
